Erica is a native of Owings Mills, Maryland. She obtained her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Spelman College and completed her master’s degree in Education with a focus in Community and Social Change from the University of Miami. She has always been passionate about serving youth and analyzing the systems that greatly impact them.
